устойчивость к лекарственным препаратам
Способность микроорганизмов сохранять жизнеспособность при действии относительно высоких концентраций антибиотиков antibiotic и др. химиотерапевтических препаратов; механизмы У.л.п. разделяются на 2 класса: 1) У.л.п., обусловленная способностью микроорганизмов инактивировать лекарстенные вещества, 2) изменения биологических мишеней, на которые действуют лекарства, вследствие мутаций.
